Move SBS 2003 to a different hardware platform and keep the server name

I have been tasked to reallocate the server that currently is SBS 2003 R2. The server is my DC, my DHCP, my DNS, and my Sharepoint 3.0.

I have another box to put it on but I want to keep the SBS 2003 name and users. So I have a couple of questions:

Is it possible to build the new box with SBS 2003 (different name) promote it to DC and then rename it to the original SBS 2003 name?

The new box is currently Win 2k3 Standard, can it be upgraded to SBS 2003, promoted to DC, and then renamed?
