Move Server 2003 – AD, DC and global catalogue – preserving everything

Hi, need some help moving to new server hardware. My current Server is running Windows Server 2003 (Enterprise) and the new machine will be running Server 2003 (Enterprise) R3.

I have been researching and found the following pages:

The new machine is different hardware than the current machine, so im not sure about using anything from the second link and the first link is a little too vague. Wondering if anyone knows the correct procedure, and/or can point me to a (quality) link.
