Move Windows 2003 server to new machine

Greetings,

I am going to move a 2003 server to a new machine and am looking for some general guidance or pitfalls to watch out for. The existing sever is 2003 SBS SP1. The server is used for Exchange, application and file sharing. 10 CALs on existing server, want to move them to new server. I’m really looking for the easiest way with the shortest amount of downtime on the existing server, preferably none. Backup Exec 10.0 is in use on the existing server.
