moved E drive

Hello
I installed another hard drive and now it is E drive and the cdrom is F drive. Now when I try and use certian software it says to insert cd in E drive even though the disk is in F on some software I am able to edit the .ini file ,the others have an .ini file but do not referance the cdrom
Any help will be appreciated
