Moving Exchange 2003 to another server

Unfortunately I have Exchange 2003 on a Server that also is a DC (Active Directory). It was there when I arrived. Thats allot of work for the server to have and its more prone for problems. I need to move the Exchange to another server. I need some help on how to go about doing this.
