Moving Exchange from server to another

Exchange was installed on one server as part of a Back Office 2000 installation. We are not currently using EXchange and would like to. WE would also like to put it on it’s own server. How do we uninstall it and install it on another server? Will the multiserver setup handle this or will we have to do something special to accomplish this?
