Moving mac data from wink 2000 to win 2003 server

I have a win 2k server with mac files ( quark, cs, photoshop,etc) stored on them which I have to move to a new Win 2003 server . When I use robocopy to move the files to the new Win 2003 server the mac files loose thier file association ( resource forks). How can I make copy from server to server and preserver the mac files?
