moving of active directory in to new hardware

hi friends,

i am stuck in situation, i have windows 2003 active directory installed in my environment, i am not happy with hardware because it very old server and disks are not in raid.
now i bought new hardware for installing active directory so i want to backed up old active directory and i need to restore it in new server.

can any one of you guide me the best and safety way to do this thing.

Any help will highly appreciated.
