Moving of home directories

I am running Win NT Server 4.0 and have several HD’s. I am running out of space on both the C:\ and D:\ drives and owuld like to move my users home directories to the F:\ or G:\ drive. Is there a way to do this without cause problems for the users? In other words, can I just drag the “hoe” directory over and re-establish the link on each user’s machine, or is going to cause a problem when I create new users? How about any other issues you may know about?
