Moving Public Folders from SBS 2003 to SBS 2003 R2

I have a client with a SBS 2003 machine and I am replacing it with a new server running SBS 2003 R2. I have Exmerged the mail files off, and merged them into a new AD container as I do not want to use ADMT due to possible legacy problems from current build. How do I copy the public folders from the old machine to the new one. I know of the tool pfMigrate but how can this be done between two SBS machines? Can you copy the store to a external device and then copy it back to the new server?
