Moving Roles

hi all
some times after moving roles(operation masters) from one DC to another one
i have some problems like cannt add any joined PC or any DC in the forest
althought im sure that every thing done as it has to(global catalog,RID,PDC,INFRA,Domain naming)
if any one has a advice>>>
