Moving SBS to a new PC with Same Name

I am planning to move my backoffice server 4.5 to a new better server. I want to maintain the server name. How do i go about this, especially how do I move the user account information?? i have well overs 300 users. For Exchange, i will run a backupand restore (any other hint is welcomed) Anybody know how to move my server to a new one smoothly???
