Moving Server/Comper with Static IP’s

I have two locations connected through a T1 and two routers. I have the two location different subnets. I will be combining the two locations through a fiber so the routers are not necessary. I am concerned with the traffic of all of the systems on one subnet (about 200 systems total). What are some of my options.
