Moving some email folders from exchange to local machine Outlook 2003

Not too long ago I recall seeing an article on how to save a Outlook folder and it’s contents from the exchange server to the local machine. I can’t find it so does anyone remember exactly how it was done, it seemed simple but I didn’t commit it to memory because I thought I’d be able to come back to it when I had time.
