Moving user from one server to another in server 2003

I have been given aresponsibility in my company as an It support administrator.I have created anew server which is on server 2003 platform and i want to move alist of users from one of my serverS(ctsrerver1.campusdom.com to campusdom.com)Remember the ctserver1 was achild of another domain controller that failed.How can i do it without retpying the names of close to five hundred users again.Also Since is an education instition(acampus) students hack to my server always and i would want to bring this to astop for it’s affecting my work.Iam new on in the job even though i did the course sometime ago(3yrs)Please help
