Moving User Profiles

I am having a hard time figuring out how to move my user account to an new server. For what ever reason we are installing new drives. We installed new drive and reload win sbs 2003. Now I need to take the user accounts and save them or some thing then pulg in the new drive and import them into my new domain(which is exactly the same as the old) Any help is greatly appericated.
