Moving your CA

All Windows 2003 server environment.
All clients use XP SP2.

I am looking to migrate my internal domain CA because the server it is on is limping. I found an article (mskb – 298138). However it states that you must use the same server name on the new server.

How do I go about migrating this to an existing server with a different name?
