MS Access on Linux

A friend of mine would like to use Linux servers in his business. His problem is that he needs to be able to store Access databases on Linux servers yet have multiple users access the database at the same time. Access on a Windows machine allows this, but we have not been able to do this when the database is on a Linux machine. (We’re using RedHat 6.0) Only one user can open the database at a time. Is there a solution to this?
