MS DOS Mode

I am a beginner, and have downloaded a programme on an imac computer called ‘Regcure’ as I have been getting 400 bad request messages after installing a paypal shopping cart. I tried to open the software and it read this program cannot be run in ms dos. Can some one explain what this means and what i can do to solve my problem of the bad request messages.
