MS Exchange 2000

We have two offices in a same city and have it connected together via P2P link.HQ side has a domain controller & the people working in Br. Office connect to the server thru tha P2P link.I want to configure exchange on another server in BO with the same domain name.How can I do it.I wanna know whether it is possible or not.
