Ms exchange front end linus back end.

Can any help me to set up Ms Exchange 2007 as front end access(local network users) and back end is Linux server.
Because our mail server is Linux red hat server.
But i can’t close Linux,two of our office department wants ms exchange only.
If any one knows please help.
