ms exchange server 2003

we have a registered domain, what is the right procedure to setup or configure our EXCHANGE SERVER 2003 to work for our EXTERNAL mail and distribute internal email users to their own email client such as MS OUTLOOK?
PLS. give me all the needed information i required to our ISP for setup.thanks…PLS. ASAP
