MS Exchange Sync

Hi all,

I have a question related to Synchronization between Two Exchange Servers, My company server currently doesn’t have a Exchange server setup but they have hosted it on a Rented Server in another country, but everytime we send a mail from India within office, it has to goto US then come to india which is waste of time so I want to make a local Exchange server in the office server, now how do i sync between the new local exchange and the exchange thats in another country?
