MS Exchange versus Mac

We have a MAC user who currently has access to our network. She is able to share files and printers through one of our 2000 Server which also has Exchange.

However, I am having difficulty in connecting to Exchange through Outlook 10 for Mac. Her account has been setup in Exchange just like any other user. What do I need to check to get the MAC to connect to the Exchange Account?
