MS Office 2003 installation problem

I have been trying to install MS Office 2003 with no success.
My computer fulfills the system requirements.
The CD:
1 1nstalls the required files from MSOffice Server Pack 2
2 Installs Office Outlook with Business Control Centre
3 Installs SQL Server desktop engine
4 Tells me the installation is complete, but none of the Office programs are there.

This is a brand new copy, sealed and guaranteed to be legit. At no stage was I asked to provide license no
