MS Project Server 2003

I am actually administering MS Project Server 2003 on single computer.

Under Managing Windows Sharepoint Services and under the option Site Provisionong settings, i am not obtaining the Project Workspace site template. Therefore I am not able to build any site for risks, issues and document libraries.

Do you have a solution for that?
