MS Project Working with Exchange to Send Task through Outlook

I was wondering if there was a way to set MS Project 2002 when creating a task that it be assigned as a task through Outlook 2003 or be able to work with a Exchange Server? Also if not for free as in plug-ins or set ups what software do I need?
