MS Proxy Server 2.0 Web vs Winsock Proxy

We have both Web Proxy and Winsock proxy installed on a small NT network with a ISDN connection to the internet. When you look at Winsock properties under connections you see all the people using the internet. But what is weird is no one is showing up under Web Proxy connections. Therefore none of the web pages are being cached. Only the Winsock proxy looks like it is being used.
