MS SBS 2003 shuts down my HP Proliant Server

Hi,

i recently tried to load MS SBS 2003 on an old HP proliant server, after about 48hrs of operation, the server mysteriously started shutting down on it’s own. I then bought a NEW HP Proliant DL550 G5 server and loaded the MS SBS 2003 on that and experienced the same thing. is there a fix for the issue that anyone can recommend?
