MS SERVER 2003 DHCP VLAN COMM PROBLEMS

I have a ms 2003 server setup to communicate though a single VLAN and the problem is that I am not geting information back to the clients from the server I have two NIC cards setup in server. Card A is pointing to the regular LAN CARD B is pointing to the VLAN I can get comms down to the server thought the VLAN but not back to the Clients I have DHCP setup on the server with two scopes to cover the amonth of clients that will be accessing thought the VLAN to the server but unable get comms back to the clients to
