MSCONFIG.EXE and Win2000 Pro OS

In win98,ME and XP you can run msconfig.exe to view and edit the startup programs (along with autoexec, sonfig,sys, system.ini and win.ini). These are the icons next to the clock in lower right corner. Win2k has sysedit to partially edit sys startup and msinfo32 only shows the sys info. help?????????
