MSI

Hello all my msiexec is failing, reinstalled it still not working, run the msiexec / register still not working is there another program that i can use to install the msi program its for my server to install network drivers.

BSOD when i enabled the network card, so uninstalled drivers now i cant install again because msi is failing?
