MSMQ PERMISSIONS ON W2K PROFESSIONAL

MSMQ permissions on W2K Pro W/ Nt Server
I need to know how to set up MSMQ persmissions for a W2k Professional client,as an independant client, running in a NT Server Domain with MSMQ 1.0. The error is ” Unable to obtain security descriptor on 1stW2K client, the 2nd W2k client works right and I don’t know why. Please help! Thanks,
