Msn WhiteBoard and Remote Desktop through Router

i don’t know why i can have Remote Desktop and msn whiteboard with my near computer(in the same lab, using router)

however, it can’t be function with other person in my msn list.

why?
it is the problem of using router?
how to solve it????
