MSVXD.EXE

We have a lan contaied windows 9x and Xp operating system in our office.From few days one common error has been found in many computers specially in Win9x during starting of the computer(s).I am explaining it…..
“cannot find the fine MSVXD.EXE (or one of its components).make sure the file name and path are correct and that all required libraries are available.”
could any one tell me wats behind this problem and how can i remove it?
