Multi Email addresses in Exchange server

Before I implemented Exchange server, a Outlook contact with multi email address would display as
“Joe How xxsx@yahoo.com” etc… I installed exchange server 2000 and now the display is “Joe How EMail” Does anyone know have to get the originaldisplay back or is this just a problem with Exchange Server.
