I have server set up as a router between 2 networks. It has 2 NICs each configured with its own IP address which are the gateways for each network. I am using NT 4.0 with sp5. On this server I have RIP running and have enabled IP Routing. From theserver I can see and ping all computers on both networks. When I try to ping computers on the remote network from any computer on the first network, I can only ping a few in the subnet. The network address of the remote network is 206.197.108.0 with a subnet of 255.255.255.0. The gateway is 206.197.108.152. I have checked the routing tables on the server and on all PCs. Everything is routing correctly. I know this is true, because I can ping both the local and remote gateways and part of the remote network.
Why can I reach the entire remote network from the multi-homed computer but not from any other computers?
Please help.
