multiple instances of myAgtSvc.exe running

those of you who are running or know ofMcAfee total protection service may be able to answer this question. Im working at a business which has over a years subscription left on this program. I was looking at the task manager of the machine to find out why the pc was running slow and im seeing at least 20+ instances of myAgtSvc.exe running. they all have different process IDs but my question is, do i leave it running as it is or is there something wrong here?
