multiple internet connection connected to a PC

Hi,
I have a mission critical computer that run 24×7 on the internet through LAN ,sometime the ISP fails to provide internet Service.
An order has come to install ADSL line from different ISP directly connected to that PC.
how can i configure both links to work as failover and load balancing for that PC ?
