Multiple NIC redundancy

Hello!

I am running Netware 4.11. I need to know how to use two NIC cards in a redundant setup. They are two different brand name NICs (not sure if it matters). But I need to have it use the same IP address and “share the load” and if one croaks, the other one just resume all the load. I am running IPX (802.2) as well as TCP/IP. Can anyone help?
