I have a customer Realty company they have 42 agents and 12 workstations with no server and they will not let me share the printer. They want each agent to have access to the printer some agents get the color option some do not they all use passwords which they can not remember. So I have to load the same printer driver on each machine as a local printer using a tcp/ip static address with the printing properties and that persons password stored on the driver assigned to them that means 42 copies of the same printer driver but with different options.I have completed 3 workstations so far and it has taken to much time. Does anyone know of a batch or a script or anything that i can run that will copy all the printers to the other machines.I would be happy to even share them on a machine to pull the drivers then remove the share.
