Multiple Server Environment

We have two Novell servers running on the same network. One server is our email server and the other our file server. Users have been logging in to our email server rather than our file server. They reboot several times and then they authenticateto the file server. I do not want users authenticating to the email server….does anyone have an idea as to why this is happening or how to fix it?
