Multiple VLAN’s on single port

Is it possible to configure a single port on a switch to access multiple VLAN’s?. We are using a CISCO Catalyst 4000 Switch and we need to have all the users PC’s access different LANs. We don’t have dual NIC’s on each PC. We are hoping there is something we could try on the Switch side before we resort to purchasing extra NIC cards for all the users.
