multiple VPN clients – one IP address

by hereinoz . Updated 17 years, 8 months ago

Hi All,

We are currently using a NetBSD machine with raccoon VPN server running on it, to allow remote workers to access the company network. The VPN uses ike through ports 500 and 4500. It all works well.

We now have a need to have 2 people, with the one Internet connection, connect to this VPN server at the same time. Sort of a shared VPN tunnel, if you like.

Has anyone had any experience in this area, and if so, could you point me in the right direction to start achieving this outcome?

I am aware that we could probably call up the likes of Cisco and have a high end Cisco (or similar) router at both ends, but the company for whom I contract on this one is only small (5 people) and they may not be able to run to that cost.

I hope someone can help.
