Multiplex data and voice on one fiber

I need to do a cable run between 2 buildings about 800 ft apart. I would like to min. cost (of course) and carry data and voice. What is my best solution? Fiber with a MUX on each end? If so, who sells such equipment? I need at least 10 MBS data and 4 voice circuits.
