My Canon

Iam having a problem with my Portable Canon BJ10ex printer its unable to pickup paper automatically, I checked to see if maybe the paper entry sensor was stuck or something. I came out with zero. I have to manually feed paper into the printer.

Can someone out there tell me what the problem may be?. I need some insight on what may be causing it not to pick up paper.
