My Computer Location

Please tell me how can i findout mycomputer file in windows drive i.e c drive. My computer was affected with virus and all the drive are not opening with double click in my computer rather a dialog box opened with a command name of openwith but when i tried to browse it i dont know the location of my computer file in c drive.
