My DNS Server can’t be Started.

Every time I try to start the DNS program it tells me that RPC could not be located, I unistalled the DNS, rebooted & installed DNS back but I still can’t make the sucker work.
It can’t find my 127.0.0.1 address or my intranet IP (192.168.100.x) orthe NETBios name of my computer.
I installed Sp6.exe, I even stop & started the DNS Services with no luck.
When I try to start the DNS service I check my event log & it tell me that the DNS Server has STOPED.
HELP PLEASE.

OS:Win NT 4.0 ServerSP: 6
WINS
IIS 4.0
FAT on Primary partition, NTFS on 2nd HDD

If I remember anything I will post it again.
