My Documents Folder Redirection Problem

I am setting up a Client/Server environment here at the house. I am trying to automatically redirect the users My Documents folder to a share on the server. I have configured the GPO correctly. When I sign in to a Windows 2000 machine, the My Docs folder redirection works properly. However, it does not work when I sign in on a XP machine. Any suggestions.
