My Documents redirected

We’re using Server 2003 and clients’ My Documents folders are redirected to a folder on the server. I have a user whose My Docs has been redirected to the c: drive and I would like to change it back to the original. When checking the folder’s properties the target is shown but is “greyed” out and I’m unable to change it.

Any thoughts or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
